Steam download, help please!

Hi! So i bought Arma 2 OA yesterday night and managed to download 25% easily before i went to bed. Today i logged back on to finish the download ...
To begin with it didnt want to download or downloaded with 3 bites per second.
Not it has increased but only downloads 90 kb/s which means i will have to download for days in order to finish the game.... I honestly doubt its my own internet since i easily can play most games without lag

Please help me out!

Bandwidth and latency are two different things, just cause your latency is short, doesn't mean bandwidth is good.

I'm in the US so this may not apply to you, but I was just able to get 10MB/s from Steam, they don't seem to be having issues.

yep, your internet is slow, mine is too. Upgrade or have a good book to read.
