Kind of surprised fruits are 2nd lowest when they are oh so delicious.
A day without an apple and an orange or some grapes, bananas, pears, cherries etc. can never be called a good day ^^
Fruits and pastries come close too.
I don't even understand how people can eat meat. It tastes disgusting and at least to me, it gave that bloated, no energy to do anything feeling. Before I became a vegetarian, I literally got the gag reflex when trying to eat juicy meat so I usually just put it in the oven for a few hours and sort of barbequed it or fried it on the pan till it was nearly black:P
Really? I love a good steak or some properly grilled fish or chicken. The important thing is pairing that meat with the right sides. The meat might be the main course, but you still need veggies to go with it - green beans, corn, taters, spinach, broccoli, carrots... so many options, depending on what the meat is.
Portion size is important, too. I'll eat a juicy 16 oz steak on special occasions, like Christmas or other major holidays, but otherwise 4-6 oz is typically plenty.

fruit taste good but for me fruit is more candy than food.
