The video is the same model as your picture. First model is a Troll, second is a Tauren [thats you btw], third is a Night Elf and the last one is a Worgen.

sorry i meant the model animation in the video he stands but in game his neck is broken like in the pic

I'm pretty sure they deliberately chose that animation set for players, ie not giving them Saberon animations. I'm guessing they thought the upright posture was too un-beastlike for a feral druid.

Maybe it's a mistake/bug? Because we were supposed to have more distinction between the different races.
