Sanctuary of the Ox tracker

Hello there!

I've been looking for an addon to track when Guard from Sanctuary of the Ox is about to proc but no luck so far.
Does anyone know of an addon that can do it? or would it be possible with Weak Auras?

"Sanctuary of the Ox (Passive)
Everytime the Monk deals [ 1,600% of AP ] damage, the Black Ox statue will cast Guard on an injured party or raid member within 40 yards absorbing [ 197.1% of AP + 14,232 ] damage lasting 30 sec."
