Towards the end, I let a little bit of air out to release some of the pressure in my lungs, and without meaning to, I inhaled a small amount of air, so I ended it there. I don't know how long I held my breath. I think the max I've ever gone was 45 seconds when I was a teen.

I wonder how many people actually did this test the proper way, or just held down the key until they felt it was long enough?
