Question about website for Guild

Hello guys,

I'd love to know if someone can help me out with one thing.
The last three days I've been doing one website to my Guild with another Guild Friend and we're having troubles finding something cool to integrate for the Apply Section.

Does anyone know how to do the Apply System like this: http://tyranny-guild.com/tyranny/?page_id=27

If so, could you guys help me out by pointing out what I need?
We've practise with HTML, php and other languages, so coding shouldn't be the problem

that particular example looks like a wordpress plugin called formbuilder.

That's just a contact form with a lot of text fields and dropdown lists, not much harder to make than a simple contact form.

Like when you apply to one Guild on wowstead, it appears the status of the apply?

that would require some kind of log-in system on your end to differentiate between users. it's possible, but one has to wonder why not just use enjin or wowstead instead if you want those kinds of features.
