Getting back into Warrior tanking, looking for help

    Hi,

My warrior has been prot since early vanilla, up until wrath when I stopped playing him. I have since been a 90 prot paladin.

My warrior is level 80 (and has been for a long time) and I recently specced him (since it was all reset). http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...tration/simple

Anyways, I've been looking over what's new with prot warriors, I felt sort of lost... what's this "rage cap" thing and why is it so bad? I remember being rage starved in wrath quite often.

I'm looking for the basic how to on tanking, so far it seems I charge/heroic leap, thunderclap and then shockwave... if aoe I use thunderclap, cleave, revenge (what about devastate/shield slam?) and if single target I do the same, but use HS/devastate?

Is there anything I'm missing? What about shield block/shield barrier? In wrath, I just spammed shield block, but now it appears I shouldn't do that as it would use all my rage?

Thanks for the help and direction.
