When I tried to log in this evening my account kept rejecting my security key. I'm currently on hold with technical support, but after looking through some searches I've found that this bug has been around for the past week. Basically, if you use the mobile security app, there is a bug that causes it to unsync. The only fix is to disassociate it from you account and then reactivate...but that requires a long phone call to finally talk to a rep. Not cool. Once I get this resolved I doubt I will add the security feature back in.
This is just unacceptable. I pay money as a subscribed customer and I've to pay additional fee to solve problems with their system? How are poeple ok with this?
And it's already fee days passed since last update in "SK problem" thread. So It's seems they won't solve it, because they are ok that people have to call them on paid-line to solve issue?
