specific npc scan overlay paths

so i currently have npcscan overlay set to display the spawn areas for all rares in panderia as i'm farming them for different thing......but i'm wondering if there is a way to not display specific rares areas, the ones that i don't want or need anymore, for example getting rid of the big route displayed for alani. If there isn't a way to do this would you please recommend a good addon to set up custom spawn points on my map?

in NPCScan's settings you can uncheck specific mobs, and there's also an option to hide the spawnpoints for those mobs you've already killed, as well.
