Essence of Terror LFR or 484 Relic of Yulon

Here's my predicament. I currently have a 489 Light of the Cosmos and 480 Relic of Yulon (Will be 484 before 5.2). I just picked up the 483 Essence of Terror. What I'm wondering is will I be better off continuing to use the Relic of Yulon, or should I swap that with the Essence of Terror? Once I acquire the 496 EoT, I will swap Yulon out for that, but right now I'm debating.

According to the BiS trinket list that I saw on here, I should stick to 489 Cosmos and 484 Yulon, but I was just curious to find out what others think about this.

relic is BIS as long as its upgraded twice...and keep LoTC till u can get ur hands on the 496 EoT then that becomes better than the 489 LoTC but the relic should be kept(speaking from a destro spec wise idk what spec you are)

Relic is better than any version of EoT except for the HC version

Light of the Cosmos (489) gives 1549,3 Int and 1162 Haste at 2nd upgrade level assumed it has the maximum of the theoretical uptime of 44,4%.

Light of the Cosmos (502) gives 1748,8 Int and 1312 Haste @ 44,4% uptime and 2nd upgrade level.

Relic of Yu'lon(476) gives a total of 2007,3 Int at 2nd upgrade level and an assumed 30% uptime.

Essence of Terror(496) gives an average of 1417,52 Haste and 1241 Int on 2nd upgrade level assuming the theoretical maximum average of 19,04761% uptime.

Essence of Terror(509) gives an average of 1599,8 Haste and 1400 Int on 2nd upgrade level assuming the theoretical maximum average of 19,04761% uptime.

Just imput the stat weights simcraft gives you for your current gear and work out which one is best. Hope this helps.

LoTc H + RoY 2/2 it's the best combination for trinkets, EoT H is great, but, i just hate big icds.

Thanks everyone for the help I forgot to mention I'm Affliction, but it looks like I'll be sticking to Yulon and Cosmos.
