Only canines in the Masai Mara are jackals, I think.
Unless you count hyenas. Technically related to felines.. but their behaviour is more similar to canines.

There are also African Wild Dogs but they are rare in Mara now.

My procedure was pushed back until Wednesday, so I'll be around tomorrow. I still should be out of the hospital and home well before the game starts on Saturday (barring any unforeseen complications).

I'm going to be typing up all the role descriptions tomorrow and will get them to Keleb (we're still hammering out a few things). I'll also get the storyline plot typed out and to him as well. So, expect your role PM's Saturday afternoon / night depending on where you live. Good chance we'll send out confirmation PM's on Thursday to make sure everyone is around. If we have more than 30 people sign up we'll replace anyone who doesn't reply to the confirmation PM.

To the newly signed up people on MMOC, make sure you get your post count up over 15 (I think it's actually only 10 for PM's), so that you can respond to the confirmation PM. If you're still a couple posts short on Friday you can confirm in here, but you need to get your post count up by the time the game starts. If you don't your posts will possibly get caught up in the "spam" filter MMOC has and it can cause people to not see your posts.
