ELVUI add texture Halcyon

Using addon Acherus runes for my dk have it disabled for all other toons...
Noticed the texture Halycon now appears in my choices for Elvui only for my DK's profile.

How do I get that texture to appear or added in Elvui with all toons without have to have Acherus runes turned on for all of them?

Place the texture you want to add in ElvUI -> Media -> Texture, then go sharedmedia.lua in the media folder and add it into the list.
