So... you guys know those moments when you're making food... and you have a weird idea while you're making it...
And then you're left staring at the end result, thinking to yourself "This was either a very good, or a very bad idea"?
I just now made some beef casserole... And I have LOADED it with gravy and cheese. Super thick, melted cheese mixed with really good gravy.
With boiled meats and vegetables.
All in a soup-like serving.
