I would be happy to assist you. Unfortunately, an issue that occurred on our network on Sunday, March 24, 2013 which caused many servers to suddenly go into an Offline status. In our efforts to restore service to our affected customers, we needed to restore these servers to their default configurations in order to bring them back online. As our servers are resold from TypeFrag's network, the Server Name was also restored to 'TypeFrag.com' unfortunately.
I am very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience that this is causing you at this time. We currently do not have any backups available to restore on your server, however our Network Administrators are currently working on restoring backups for all affected customers. We should be able to restore your server's configurations within the next 24-48 hours.
In the meantime, you can configure your server manually if you would like to do so through the online Control Panel, or through the Ventrilo client as usual.
