    Brother needs new monitor

My brother finally bought a new pc (his previous was very old) so he can finally play WoW decently now. The only problem is he needs a decent screen as well. He's only got about €120 left since the computer was quit costly, so does anyone know if he can buy a decent and reliable 1920x1080 monitor with it?

He told me he could up his budget to €150/160. Could he buy a 24" with that if possible?

    LG Flatron IPS234V-PN € 149,90

    Same one here:

LG 23 "IPS234V-PN depending on which vendor you prefer.

e-IPS for €150 is pretty good.
