I know you have a 2000 budget, but keep in mind, that isn't a reason to just spend money. Getting 16gb of ram, or a sabertooth is just burning money for the purpose of burning money.

There is a German locale on PCPartPicker, so I am putting a build together right now there. I will post it in a few minutes.

Here is the build, no reason to spend the whole budget of 2k if you are not going to spend a good portion on new peripherals.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor (€212.85 @ Amazon Deutschland)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler (€79.40 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Performance ATX LGA1155 Motherboard (€114.47 @ Amazon Deutschland)
    Memory: Patriot Viper 3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (€50.59 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (€62.89 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: Samsung 840 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Disk (€195.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Video Card: Asus Radeon HD 7970 3GB Video Card (€442.37 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Case: Corsair CC650DW ATX Mid Tower Case (€155.89 @ Amazon Deutschland)
    Power Supply: SeaSonic 650W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply (€115.28 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95 DVD/CD Writer (€16.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
    Total: €1446.54
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

To note: There are a few parts that cost a bit extra to ship from Amazon, so I am not sure if you would want to go elsewhere for those or not. You should check prices in other shops. Otherwise, I actually tried to color match (as much as possible) to keep it looking tidy with the window. You could spend a bit more to get a fully modular PSU.

Change the 7970 to gigabyte, same performance but better overclocking + 70 euro cheaper.
