Confused on pvp gear.

Well, I am a bit confused about the PvP gear. Is season 13 Tyrancial PvP gear going to be better or worse then season 12 2/2 mal gear?

Will I stand a chance against the fully upgraded Malevolent geared people?

Truthfully, there is not much of a difference between the two. If you are a skilled player with Malevolent gear going against an unskilled player with Tyrannical, you will win. However, if both players are the same skill level, and one has Malevolent while the other has Tyrannical, math only shows that the Tyrannical player will win. It does not matter which is better anyway because most people don't have "fully upgraded malevolent" and you cannot upgrade them anymore as Blizzard has removed the NPC to do so. Just get full Tyrannical and you will be fine mate!

Because difference of some 400-500 Spell Power and 4-5k hps at the most (with full Try) is gonna make a difference yeah? not really. Im talking about Full Mal 2/2 with T2 weapon vs ful Tyr. This is why buying offspec gear if you hybrid is much much better investment right now untill you can unlock Elite gear.
