Throne of Thunder Trinkets for PvP?

So I ran ToT LFR to get this trinket, and luckily I got http://www.wowhead.com/item=95641, now, Should I use this for the int and mana management proc in arenas? The trinket has a pretty low proc rate cause it uses the RPPM (real proc per min) system and has a 1.05 RPPM.. is it worth using this trinket? I can't decide, over an on use SP trink and roughly 2.5% PvP power for heals.

Edit - The proc effect can stack if you get insanely lucky.

I feel like you should use a pvp trinket for pvp.

The PvE trinkets have a reduced proc rate for PvP, aside from the base stats on them, they are pretty worthless due how unreliable they are.
I suggest just sticking to the PvP trinkets available.
