Raw is Effective / (1 - overheal%). World of Logs used to list it but doesn't anymore. It's what the healing would be if people took more damage. It's consistent with what you'd expect for that fight, being DPS * 1.4 (pools) * 1.1 (mastery). I believe that doesn't include wasted shield, the way I computed it; WoL doesn't include them in the listed overheal rate, to my knowledge.

As for LFR, that's what I was quoting earlier too. My guild doesn't raid again until late tonight. I'll come back with some "real" stats then.
