Twink question

Hey everyone,

I have a question regarding twinking, my arena partner is going to his home country for a month and while i just casual cap in the meantime on my char's
I have some char's sitting on lvl 60 to 80 and i always loved to start twinking especially RBG's.
So my question is, what is the best branket to twink/most active?

20-24 bracket is really really fun. There are really good 24 rogue and spriest twinks and ridiculous trial account twink paladins and disc priests. My roommates and I initially decided to twink at 24 to prey on trial accounts, but we soon found that it was actually a really fun bracket.

Trial accounts are only lvl 20max...
But imo 60 , 70 brackets are best.
You get decent ammount of spells to use... you have a gear to aim for.

Id say 70s the best in my opinion.
The Brutal gear makes it interesting, you've got a gd selection of spells and its quite active.
