RealUI Unit Frames

I'm looking for something similar to this or at least the lua. file or script code.


As you can see around the one minute mark, the target health frame drops as it's being damage and being tracked by the UI/Unit Frame with a little triangle on top. I'm looking for an addon that would work with either Pitbull or StuF.

It would be a plus if Wekaura's can do that but I know it only can keep track of percentage of the health.

Any help is welcome.

That was version 6, which hasn't been updated in... many patches and even an expansion now. It was my personal favourite as well, I'd be desperately happy if if was possible to rip out Nib's (the author) modified version of Ice HUD. It is literally the best thing in this game since sliced gnomes.
