LFR Shin'ka* vs. LFR Zerat for Frost 2H?

Just want to pick the minds of the 2H frost dks here and see what the consensus is on which of these two weapons is best. I have 491 Shin'ka, Execution of Dominion (fully upgraded)w/ 500 str gem and 502 Zerat, Malakk's Soulburning Greatsword. Which is best, I have the EotBP to put on either just want to make sure I make the right choice.
Obviously I am thinking the Zerat is the better of the two but I do lose Str going w/ it but gain secondary stats and weapon dps. What do you guys think? Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

It was mentioned in another thread around here, the 11 ilvls trumps the sha-touched gem, so go with Zerat.
