White people and not being allowed to do anything?

I see users on this forum saying "white people aren't allowed to do X because that's racist against everyone else" In arguements about culture or racism and i'm wondering, Is it really that bad for you?
I used to think people were just joking around but when i see it in such serious threads i cannot help but to wonder!
What exactly aren't you allowed to do which you feel like you should be? And what country are you from?

Sorry for the tons of spelling errors I'm sure they're there!

Personally I feel very oppressed being the privaleged majority. Anti-racist is codeword for anti-stupid.

What? This is the first I've heard of it. Provide examples?

White people (and white men in particular) are pretty unrestricted.

Well i've seen someone talking how in Sweden the Swedish aren't allowed to raise their flags because it was seen as racism against people who aren't natives?

Another example ^ Which makes me wonder what you're not allowed to do as a white person.

What is there that I as a white male can't do that others can do?

People saying stuff like that generally need to, well, go find some real stuff to do.

I'm not even white, but I wipe my ass with political correctness.

Not an issue, in fact it is untrue. What is true is that we had some frightening examples of schools being run by idiots who removed such things from special occasions simply cos they are idiots.
Thankfully it hasn't been many examples of it.

Your school is one of those schools run by idiots then
Also, not allowed to or just that they removed it from the events they are in charge of.
Doubt its not allowed to, since it would be pretty damn illegal if anyone wanted to sing
But soon after Mr Xi secured a third term, Apple released a new version of the feature in China, limiting its scope. Now Chinese users of iPhones and other Apple devices are restricted to a 10-minute window when receiving files from people who are not listed as a contact. After 10 minutes, users can only receive files from contacts.
Apple did not explain why the update was first introduced in China, but over the years, the tech giant has been criticised for appeasing Beijing.

This happened in the uk as well, in my home town, the council (people who make sure the town is kept a decent way, ordering pot holes to be fixed etc. etc.) ordered someone I know to take down an England flag because it was seen as offensive by some of their neighbors that weren't British, things like this anger me because if I were to move to another country and they were flying flags of their country I wouldn't be bothered by it, why would I be? You don't go into someone else's house and order them to redecorate because the colours offend you so why do it to someone else's country?

I've been called a racist for not wanting to be in a relationship with a black man who was interested in me. Not wanting to be in a relationship with someone you're not attracted to because of skin color apparently is racist.

Nobody stops you from singing it on your own on the schoolyard, knock yourself out. You are not anymore just "forced" to sing it as a class.

I don't see how singing your national anthem would be deemed offensive to anyone. What has Sweden ever done to anyone.........well since the Vikings anyway. Also not being able to raise their flag because it was seen as racist who are not native just seems dumb to me. Although there are sometimes in America i hear some say that waving the American flag in some of our border states is racist towards immigrants yet they get to wave the flags of their country of origin in pride parades and they are just proud of their homeland. Moral of the story is if your white you cant be proud of anything.........ever or risk being called racist against other races.

White people that sympathize with non-white people catch a lot of shit in all-white social settings.

Being a staunch Obama supporter in Texas taught me that.

Voting for local sales tax increases that go to fund educational programs for poor Latino children taught me that.

White people can be pretty fucked up when they think they're among like-minded white men...

PS: No I'm not a racist. I've dated a Muslim girl and I know several Muslims whom I very much respect.
Muslim isnt even a race. Its a religion

There was some guy that had an article in a newspaper or something that stated you're racist simply by being white in Sweden and that white people can never understand what it is like to be subjected to racism, or something along those lines. Can't remember it that well but I found it rather.. ridiculous.

Well i am kinda glad to know its not just a American thing that the majority can not criticizes minorities without the race card being thrown. Yet i find it funny that at times the media in America gets confused and doesn't know that to do when say a Latino is critical of a African American or vice versa.

In the future it's probably best to not add a stereotypical line like this.
