10man N Horridon - dispelling help

For 10man normal Horridon is it necessary to actually have a disease cleanser for the 3rd gate or should we be able to batter through regardless of debuffs? Normal setup is 2 rdruid and 1 rshaman with one of them going dps if needed, no paladin at all, and maybe a shadow priest floating about sometimes.

We have 2 dk's in our group, I have one army on that door, that way the lil' buggers eat a bunch of the disease strikes before getting out to your raid. When he pops army should be around the time when the balcony adds are decending on the group. (I hope you have a dk)

Remember that dot dispelling talents can be used to drop this dbuff as well such as, (Since I'm a mage), ice block and greater invisibility.

Paladins, Priests and Monks can dispell diseases. All those classes can dispell themselves as well. Let's say running with 2 resto druids is not really optimal.

To expand on Royal's comment...anything that can keep the lil adds off people as much as possible while you burn through warlords will minimize the impact of the diseases if you have no dispels. If you have limited or no dispels for that door make sure to use things like AoD (as mentioned) as well as your Earthbind/Earthgrab and then Earth Elemental when the first expires. Other snares and stuns will help keep the lil adds under control and off people (they need to melee to spread disease). If you have no/few dispels consider the above advice, and also consider lust on that door (probably when the 2nd and 3rd Warlord join the fight). Get through it quickly as possible if you cannot dispel.

Your druids can Sym paladins outside the raid for Cleanse. It sticks now.

The disease can only be applied when champions and warriors melee a target. You can use slows and knockbacks (2 Typhoons!) to attempt to keep them off the ranged DPS stack. Also as mentioned you can let Army keep some at bay as well to relieve the stress. Other then playing keep away or distracting them have each class go through there bag of tricks and have something ready to use if they get more then a few stacks.

Key point here is that only holy/disc priests can dispel diseases. The ability is not available to shadow.

If you can't run at least 1 paladin or monk for dispells here, you're going to need to minimize the number going out. Stuns and snares work on the melee adds that apply diseases.

Have anyone who gets more than 3 or 4 stacks of the disease pop some personal defensive cooldowns to help healers out. Healers should use some smaller cd's to get through this door as well.

Possibly consider using heroism on the 3rd door to get through as quickly as possible, but keep in mind this is going to make it harder to kill war-god and your healers will have to work harder when he is active.
