513 Ranking Feral DPS LF solid 2-3 day week raiding guild

Hey guys,
I'll make this short and sweet. I come from a long time hardcore raiding background. Been in top 100 guild many times before. I no longer have the time necessary to raid at that level (5 day raid weeks). I can commit to 3 solid raid days. The only catch for me is I cannot raid Thursdays 7:30-9:00 pm PST. I am the raid leader in my current guild but due to a bad merger recently to push 25 mans, the whole thing is falling apart. Thus we are looking elsewhere and I honestly would rather just be a raider and not have that responsibility anymore =) I am drama free, I know how annoying a backseat raid leader can be. I have always been in the top tier with any class I play. I take the time to really dial in my rotation. I don't take any forum post or EJ thread or SIMcraft post as the final word. I log my own combat and make changes based on what I see in the real raiding environment. All that said I don't act like an elitest, I can't stand those kinds of people. I let my ability speak for itself no need to put other people down.

I am 7/12 LIVE, but put in the time on PTR and have seen all the fights in multiple roles.

Also some HM "attempts" (if you wanna call them that lol) on most bosses on PTR.

I don't mind Alliance but I really would prefer Horde, also PvP servers will get priority over others.

The Church is an Alliance 25 man heroic progression guild on Darkspear. We love World of Warcraft, and we aim to offer a vibrant raiding community for PvE raiding. We are a 25-Man progression raiding guild and our #1 focus is killing bosses, but we offer a great community outside of raiding as well. We are always recruiting exceptional players!

Raid schedule:
T|W|Th (+Fridays during the first week or two of progression)
8:00-11:30PM MST

Church members must exhibit a thorough understanding of their class and how to use it to the benefit of their groups. We like people who can work well with others in stressful situations, who can analyze challenges and offer solutions while accepting the ideas of others, and above all, we look for members who have that rare, but treasured combination of fun-loving maturity.

CURRENT REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATIONS:
* 500 iLVL
* PREVIOUS HEROIC EXPERIENCE
* LOGS/EPEENBOT WELL ABOVE 50th PERCENTILE
