    Another one of those building a PC threads.

    Budget 700 USD. (Might be able to do 750)
    Games:
    Fallout 3/vegas
    Bioshock 1&2
    Burnout paradise

    Medium to high settings sitting at a consistent 40 frames at least.

    Have nothing to work with minus a wireless mouse.

    Need an OS

    1920X1080

    I live in the U.S.

    Going to need a Monitor and a Keyboard.
