Diethylpropion, small accidental overdose.

So I've been taking these pills called diethylpropion for the past 2 weeks, they help suppress appetite for weight loss (lost 15lbs in the past 2 weeks). I take 2 a day, one in the morning one at night as given to me by my dietitian, but before I took one and couldn't remember if I had one before I had my dinner. I don't know why but my mind has just blanked, I'm sort of worried that I've taken 2 within a short space of time (10 minutes). I tried calling my dietitian but he's not picking up. The biggest risk is just increased chance of side effects right?

Best thing you can do. Call a doctor, poison control center, or 911.
