<Masses to Ashes> is recruiting 2 ranged dps to fill its 10 man raid.

We are a semi-hardcore guild on the horde side of Ner'zhul. We are looking for experienced raiders who knows thier class and are willing to put the time and effort in to push progression. This is a core position and you will be expected to maintain solid attendance and be both excellent and consistant with your performance in raid. We are looking for long term raiders who set team work as a priority.

What we require of our raiders:
-Dedication to show up to raid early, and prepared with flasks, pots, 300/stat food ect.
-Solid knowledge of current content, reading strats and watching videos
-Close to 100% attendance, with notification in advance if you will be missing or late for raid
-Ability to perform well for your class and be appropriately geared, gemmed, enchanted ect.
-A decent internet connection and computer
-An appropriate ui and keybindings for raiding

Raid Times: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 8:30 - 11:30 PST

Our progression is:

Tier 14 - 16/16
Tier 15 - 4/12

Our dps needs are :

Warlock - High
Elemental Shaman - High
Spriest - High
Hunter - Medium
Mage - Low
