That's too much exercising and you won't see any gain. 200 crunches? Pointless. Do 20 crunches, 4 sets of 5, with weights that increase by a few pounds each time. You'll see a difference then.
I'm trying, but the damage to my legs is already done. I'll have to actually stretch them everyday to fix them again, and well, I'm lazy and forgetful.
But in crunch you don't? 0.o

That's perfect, Ely. Pizza is the best.
Even 200 crunches in sets is pointless. There is only so much your muscles can learn and grow with body weight. Eventually all you're doing is wearing out, but not building, your muscles. Weights keep them growing and toning.
For instance, the workouts I do increase by 5lbs every workout. So tomorrow I'll be putting 150lbs on the bar for squats instead of the 145 I did yesterday. 155lbs on Friday, until I can't lift it, then I go back 10lbs and work my way back up. I've already seen 6 pounds of muscle growth in my legs alone (I went up from 184 to 190lbs) and my shoulders/upper back have seriously doubled in strength since I started this new workout 4 weeks ago. Then, I barely lifted the 45lbs bar, now I'm putting 55lbs on it (100lbs) for an overhead press.

And the best way to lose weight then, Dars? (Not muscle building)
Omg so warm, sweating like a pig!
^^ I think Hunty says it well why people wouldn't do what you do, Dars.
People either don't want to buy weights, don't have the weights already, don't want to pay for the gym, or would feel uncomfortable going to the gym (i.e. for me, I know I would be made fun of [being my weight and my strength] more than someone who was morbidly obese, so I wouldn't go).
I read that one you do Dars, and I'd do such a thing if I had the tools. However, I cant really create a workout room at my parents' place now can I? Not to mention costs and such.
