roast is awesome, boiled is decent. Like, with boiled potatoes it's important to have some good sauce that goes well with it, or it'll be too dry (depending on what type of potato though, certain "brands" like KE goes well either way because they're harder.)

My fingernails are often longer, the thumbnail on my other hand is about twice as long. The short one broke recently.

You probably just haven't had the other types cooked correctly. I understand what you're saying though, the potatoes can kind of stick to your throat and mouth and make you thirsty.

I don't really like the texture or the taste, note the two kinds I said I liked lose both since I always have gravy with mashed potatoes and Nash them with milk & butter.
