DK starting gear

Back when transmog came out there were rumors that DKs may be able to purchase their old gear from the starting zone. Did this ever happen, if so where can it all be purchased? My DK is getting dusted off for my guild 10-man raid, and so far I'm not liking a lot of the MoP gear looks. I tried looking at the DK transmog thread, but I'm not sifting through 111 pages to try to find my answer.

It did happen. There's a Skeleton NPC in Acherus, on the level with runeforges.

The NPC that sells the old gear for transmog is an abomination, Quartermaster Ozorg.
