Between the static and poor audio quality and the Bostonian accents this is pretty difficult to understand.

First mistake these two made was that they thought no one would pick them out of a crowd of hundreds of people.
Second was that because of the first mistake they had no plan to escape the state or country.

They had around 72 hours from the bombing to the time where their pictures were all over the net and on TV. Easily could have got a plane ticket to anywhere, especially if they had got tickets beforehand for the day after.

They are amateurs, i think they are for the most part working alone. The older brother might have recieved training and been influenced, but i dont think any organization told him to target the boston marathon, i think it was more to do w.e you want when you feel the time is right sort of thing.

If it wasnt for it being such a public event, all the camera phones and surveillance from local businesses, they might have gotten away with it.
