Guild Info

Eternal Reign (US-Lightbringer) is a semi-hardcore progression oriented PVE raid guild. Our main goal is is to swiftly progress through heroic content while keeping a strict schedule. Our world ranking has always been good, but our main selling point by far is our outstanding raiding efficiency. During progression, we limit our raiding to ~16 hours a week. In this small amount of time (half as many as a lot of guilds above and below us in rankings) we have managed to keep ourselves as a top tier guild

Schedule

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 6:30pst-10:30pst never more. We are looking for players who can maintain 90% raiding attendance during progression. Obviously higher is better but 100% attendance is not a requirement.

Raiding Expectations

- Previous Heroic Raiding Experience: Please have a minimum 3 months of heroic raiding experience regardless of the tier. We try to keep an open mind when looking at applicants keeping in mind that many talented players can come from guilds that are not as progressed but if you have not ventured past normal mode encounters then we are most likely not for you.

- Advanced Class Knowledge and Game Mechanics: We are looking for players who have extensive knowledge of their class, this includes min/maxing dps and/or healing, ideal gear setups and reforging, utilizing defensive/utility cooldowns to increase survivability and general raid awareness in a 25man setting.

-Ability to Contribute and Communicate: We rely on mumble for all our raids, all members are expected to have a working headset and be able to follow instructions at a minimum, feedback and discussions concerning new encounters are always welcome.

We have no major ilvl requirements, do not be discouraged just because you may be slightly behind in gear.
As usual exceptional applicants will always be considered despite class.
