Guild leveling question

Hey folks, been away from the game a long time, decided to come back and start fresh. Also started a guild since I had never done that before. Everything going well, just hit level two (yay!). I know nothing big, but we're 3 days old. My question is, is it faster to get guild exp through questing? or by running dungeons?

Completing quests is imo the best way to level a guild. Hence run dungeons once for the quests and then go questing.
