I'm surprised nobody mentioned this yet: Unicorns, unless I am forgetting something there are NO unicorns in WoW. Also we suffer from a distinct lack of pixies, we've got faerie dragons but no faeries?

First recruit a friend mount was a zebra unicorn, same with the silver covenant mount

wotlk tourny dailies can give you one as mount, not a very impressive one but it's a horse with a horn still.

The definition of unicorn does specify one horn. I'm very particular about details like that.

I don't think bugbears are really a mythological creature. Also, WoW's hobgoblins are a mix between them and the actual hobgoblins.

Nah, they have crystals and fur on theirs armor and live into complex social structure.

If the silithids are related to Qiraji, the arachnathids are certainly related to Nerubians

There are still Warcraft 3 units that aren't in WoW. A lot of the units from the Frozen Throne are still not in the game, like the Coatl or the Arachnathids.
