    Current Situation
Little over a year ago, Agamaggan died out. I'm not even joking we were two raiding guilds left and both struggled to have regular attendance. After the active time in WotLK the server came to a complete rigamortis state halfway through the first raid tier in Cataclysm. A few months later, after struggeling our way through hardmodes in Firelands due to low signups, no one to recruit etc, we decided it was time to leave dear old Agamaggan behind us and move on. We moved to Khadgar EU which at the time seemed like a good plan but in retrospect we shouldn't have been looking for a new server when Dragon Soul was just released and player were all resubing and playing again. We soon found us in almost the exact same position as we were in on Agamaggan.

After ups and downs in signup ratio we are still our main family and going strong. When Throne of Thunder opened we saw a lot of the old family return and enjoy the game again, renewing the guild and our efforts to push forth through content. We have recently been gearing up our core raiding team to standards and started progressing through Throne of Thunder. Now that we were almost ready to actually start raiding as we are used to, one of our main raiders found himself smack in the middle of some IRL issues and won't be returning for quite a while, putting our effort to a complete stand still for now.

    Our mentality
IMP's mentality is to do our own thing. We aren't aiming for Server Rank 1 but if that is what happens because we do our thing then so be it. We like to push it, to press that little extra out and give everything during raids, we are competititve amongst ourselves, everyone wants to be "the best" and earn the rights to publicly flash their epeen amongst the group. We recently switched from vent to skype because we all know each other for well over half a decade now (give or take) and talk quite alot of random stuff during killing trash and having a good time. But during boss kills everyone pulls up their socks and makes sure we kill stuff.
Compared to other guilds we might seem strict at first. We like punctuality and discipline, even if we like to joke around while raiding we have rules that SHOULD be followed to the letter.
When raidtime starts it means 20.00 sharp. Not 20.01, not 19.58. 20.00 Sharp. Standing infront of the raid instance with flasks, pots, repaired. IRL solved to the best of your abilities, skype on and ready to kill some pixels. And Lord save you if you don't know tactics for whatever we are killing.

We expect you as a raider to know your class, not just how to use 1-2-3 dps rotation but how to avoid damage, use personal cds and basically know your own class. We will help you if you got some question regarding something but in general we don't want to waste our time off from work by helping a toddler to learn how to walk. Fuck up once is human, fuck up twice on the same thing - ok what's up, fuck up three times on the same thing - we'll get a replacement if possible and you need to make sure it won't happen next raid.

We are a bunch of friends who almost all have met IRL, we share stuff inside the guild, we help each other with stuff and we don't ask for gold for services. If someone needs a gem we sort that out, same with enchants or whatever it might be. Call us communists if you want, but when gems are 300g each on the auction house, we found this to be the best solution.

When raiding we want everyone to speak up and say what went wrong, why we wiped, something that need to be changed. Officers do the staring of Recount and comment on that, but for the rest of ability useage, positioning, tactics etc. we want everyone to chime in on what could have been done better. Progress over ego's.

We are just using the roll system and all discussing who needs the item the most when it comes too loot. We aren't egoists and we don't mind passing that one shiny object to someone else in our group that needs it more to get futher.

Our humour might be strange, even offensive or rude if you aren't expecting it. Everyone can take a joke in our guild and if you want to join us you better have a big cup of humour (or a lot of skin on your nose). We joke about everything, but we mean no harm, if you find yourself a bit offended just speak up and say hey, that aint cool.

If you can't take a joke, if you can't perform, if your idea of "fun" is to not do what you are supposed to, if you can't take critisism... Basically if you are standing in fire more than once you are not the person we are looking for. We are looking for a wowosaurus, a person who have been around for a long time and knows what they are doing!

    Our History
IMP stands for I Might Parry. The guild was formed in Ultima Online, where most of the players played parry mages (hence the name), though most of the those people are long gone or moved on to play something else, the guild was created in World of Warcraft shortly after launch and have never disbanded or been absorbed. We have been going on for 8 years and we have no plans on stopping. Originally IMP was created on Shadowmoon but had to move since it got closed down (lot's of Russians and they got their own server at that time). During a free migration most of the Shadowmooners like ourselves went to Agamaggan, and now on you can find us on Khadgar.
Every tier we have been able to raid and not stopped by shortage of people. So far in every content we have raided hardmodes and we aim to do that in the future too.
