The races need to be updated really bad. This type of update is major compared to the silly Dance Studio. Far as Path of the Titans go, that was quite interesting and I wouldn't mind seeing the idea being introduced to the game. A way to improve your character through the use of glyphs and old talents (that would increase healing for example). Otherwise, we should see something at Blizzcon this year.

BC models still looks fine as they are, and they wont be updating them for now.

They don't look fine though, in the sense that if the vanilla races are updated but not the BC races, then the BC races will look horrendous. And Blizzards response wasn't that they wouldn't be updating them, they said that they were the last ones on the list, which means they very well might be updated together with the rest in the next expansion.

If you put a Blood Elf next to a Pandaren, the Blood Elf looks quite terrible in comparison. Even though Blood Elves do look a bit better than the Vanilla races, they are also in need of an update.

Eh, yes they will. They're the last on the list, but they will get updated in the same batch as the vanilla models.

BC models have been said to be getting updated most likely, but lastly if so.

And they look many times better than the original models, if you were there at the time perhaps you'd see it more, but suddenly the models went from being overly boxy, pixelated and compromised due to the tech limitations to actually having a bit of an art nouveau cell shaded style thrown into their design where their actual angles and edges showed a lot of intentional artistic design forged into their creation and their gradients were smooth and well blended.
