Frustated Elemental needs help

Hi Folks,

Iam very frustated with my Elemental its fun to play but
the DPS i can affort to my raid are very lowish i read serveral guides
and they all mention the same Rota , Stats and so on...

A few things:

First, you are really bad equipped - most probably other of your grp have better gear.
Next: Council sucks for Ele, if the mobs are spread - our warlocks crush me completely on this fight. So maybe adapting the strat would help everyone (I plan to point this out to our raid lead)

Regarding your performance:
FS is at 92%, which is OK.
Elemental blast usage seems low. (1 every 21 sec)
Fire totem usage is very low.
