"Open Box/Ex-Display - Product is in nearly new condition but may have been opened or have minor cosmetic damage to box or product. Product is sold with 90 day warranty which supersedes any other reference to warranty within product title or description."

Pretty straight forward, not sure how you "Display" a video card, short of having it out on a table or something.

Haha true, I was rushing so did not Google. Found some articles on ebuyer forums regarding "exdisplay" - So shall I snatch it before it sells out, I still have 460 but was going to wait, but damn evga 680 4GB mm. Then again when 780 comes out, 680 would be SLIed and same performance or better then 780.

Would this be risky or pretty much new condition.

Better wait. Not sure how it is but couldn't someone have returned it back to the store since it may overclock like shit? I know some people do that in..

GTA 5, Arma 3 are the next ones in line to be played "excessively"

I do Photoshop, Video Editing work but that is more CPU intense.

My Setup at this moment is, well simply put terribad. It consists off x2 555 BE @ 4Ghz, 460 1GB, DDR2 4GB 800Mhz and Asus M4N78. So far only SSD and Case have been bought towards my new build (case due to modding, which iv not started yet).

I am looking to go with Dell U3011 within next few months so 4GB version of a Card would be ideal, not only now but for future as well. But no surround gaming, no space for it in my room but in future possibly, but that is an if. My surround gaming would consist of 21" 30" 17" ... very awkward indeed

Thanks for the reply, helpful as always Synthaxx.
