MW trinket question

Hey guys! I just picked up the thunderforged version of Stolen Relic of Zuldazar, but im not convinced its better than what im using. I currently have Soothing Talisman of the Shado Pan Assault and Spirits of the Sun. I will include a link to my armory, but i honestly dont know which is better, so i appreciate any input Neither of my trinkets have been upgraded yet, either.

Shield proc trinkets are garbage, wouldn't equip them over a 463 blue

Especially that one, from what testing I've done (From getting it to Iron Qon, including some heroic 5mans), it procs WAY, WAY too rarely to keep up at more than 2-3 stacks constantly. Which is about a 20k shield every 20 seconds, or about 1k HPS.. The spirit is nice though. Keep your current trinkets, they're better.
