What if humans weren't at the top of the food chain. i dont mean anything such as a monster just killing humans just because he can, but more like a being that uses humans as a food source similar to how we use animals as a food source.

HAKUNA MATATA... IT MEANS NO WORRIES FOR THE REST OF YOUR DAYS
What if is a bad way of starting a discussion. What are we to discuss?
What if humans were not at the top of the food chain? Well, I suppose we wouldn't be at the top of the food chain then!
If humans weren't at the top of the food chain then we'd get eaten. Next question...
Humans aren't at the top of the food chain - corporations are.
We really arn't if it wernt for tools and the way we think.
We likely were once upon a time not the top, so we would just do the same things as we did before, kill them off and take over the world.
they already aren't... carnivores (like bears, wolves) eat humans
Humans are not the top of the food chain.....there are countless pathogens devouring untold numbers of humans all over the world.
Next?
"attack on titan" anyone ? you need to watch that anime to get a possible answer to your question
Look back a few thousand years. Had we not escaped the food chain? We'd still be food - probably never developed technology
Depends what you mean.
If humans never were at the top of the food chain and never made it to the top? Well, the world would be quite a different place, obviously there are animals that still eat humans but I guess it depends what your definition of "top of the food chain" is.
If suddenly there was a new species discovered that actively hunted humans and kept them as livestock? Then we'd make war on said species until they were either extinct or pounded into submission... or we lost.
I'm assuming they would do to us as we do to other animals. Put us in cages or prison camps to breed and fatten up.
Humans have never really been at the top of the food chain. As primates we were scavengers (not apex predators), then by inventing domestication and agriculture we sorta divorced ourselves entirely from the ecological food chain. We live in a ecological bubble and largely do not interface with predators and prey at all.
Make some kind of tool to counteract whatever ability that put the creature at the top...
