Got it today and tested - for my windwalker its 6-7% of dmg from this gem - it is big boost especially this week 3 dps in our team got gems. But i owuldnt call it a nerf - boost definetly much bigger then 5.0 gem.

Instead of being nerfed, you could say it was balanced around having them, for the majority of raiders at least.

It's not a nerf its a player boost. and its not only tot that will be a bit more doable its also the older raids.
