I have access to:
528 Rentaki's Soul Charm
522 Vicious Talisman of the Shado-pan Assault
502 Rune of Origination.

I currently am at 9.2% Expertise. I have so much, and I just can't get rid of it. I could replace the Rentaki's Soul charm with Rune of Origination, but the agi proc is amazing.

I also have LFR tier tokens (Helm/Shoulders), and non LFR tier pants which i am using. Should i replace 522 Lighting Eye's Hood for a 502 Tier helm? Would the 2 piece be worth it?

Always use RoR, even if it's 502 ilvl.

Like Neverstop, you should use RoR because even the LFR version still gives you the same proc. For me, I personally would use the Soul Charm.

Another thing to note is that your haste is higher than your mastery, so when RoR procs, it's going to give you haste instead of mastery which defeats the purpose of that trinket.
