<Frak> 9/14H LF Healer and Ranged DPS

10 Man (A) <frak> is LFM Heals and DPS. We started raiding as guild primarily during the middle of cataclysm however many of its members have been friends for along time some of which have been in top 50 guilds in the past and want to kill content but want to be able to do it with a semi hardcore mindset.

We ended tier 15 at US 312 overall and 224 in the 10 man division and are currently looking to boost that for tier 16!

Currently Recruiting:
1-2 more healers preferring a Healing Priest, Holy Pally or Resto Shaman
1-2 more ranged DPS. Considering Ele shaman, Shadow Priest, Warlock or Mage

We are looking to add 1-2 more healers and 1 or 2 more ranged dps to our group in order to fulfill our 12-13 person roster. While we strongly prefer the positions listed above, any exceptional applicant would be considered.

Due to the nature of ten man content, being able to fill multiple roles and play multiple characters (not necessarily listed), is a GREAT PLUS. Also know that people will be rotated in and out for various fights and which will best suit our strategy.

The group raids (PST):
Tuesday 6 pm - 10 pm
Friday 6 pm - 10 pm
Saturday 6 pm - 10 pm

Please note that sometimes we will very rarely add a fourth night to our raids or go over end time a little bit if we feel it is necessary.

Qualities our perfect raider possesses:
* Impeccable knowledge of their class.
* Ability to learn quickly from mistakes.
* Previous or current progression raid experience.
* Excellent situational awareness.
* Desire for Heroic raid Progression
* Positive attitude (progression can involve long nights of wiping, raging at things outside your control will not cause the boss to fall over and give you loot).
* Reliability (90%+ attendance).
* Stable internet.
* Ability to handle constructive criticism well.
