Rppm Trinkets and you enhance

Hey guys its enhance time again
noticing that my trinkets aren't usually back up the 2nd time I go to ascendance 3 minutes not the fight how long if any time should i delay ascendance for trinket proc, using normal bad juju and heroic renataki's any suggestions ?

I asked a similar question a few weeks back. Mine was based around "does enhance want to attempt to 'react' to RPPM trinket procs?"

The general answer was "no;" we pretty much keep plowing through our priority queue, regardless of the timing of RPPM procs.

I think it was said, that if we were to wait for RPPM procs, to pop our major CDs, that we'd have an overall dps loss, due to the unpredictable nature of RPPM.

The only time you should wait/fish for procs is when you know you will not get another usage of the given CD in the fight.
