Just curious does anyone know why blizzard didn't implement race flying mount's? I mean it seems like it would make sense since each race has there own land mounts why not flying mounts?

Trolls use bats too. It's their druid form, their village's flight master mount...
And it looks like he meant to say dwarves have gryphons, but wrote gnomes instead.
Moorden (Main)
goblins and gnomes use mechanical flying machines, planes, choppers, ect
humans typically use gryphons due to their relationship with dwarves thats probably why
undead and trolls both use bats
blood elves use dragonhawks
nightelves use hippogryphs
worgens would also use gryphons
orcs use wyverns
trolls also use wind serpents
tauren are typically grazing hunters and nomads so never really had a need for flying and draenei dont need flying mounts when they have spaceships

dwarves also sometimes use planes

Well Wyverns can be called to both Orcs and Tauren's mount. As it was in wc3, the tauren recommended freeing them from the harpies and such. True they were not riding them in wc3, but they knew of them, and suggesting to use them.
But straight race
Gnomes: Gnomish Flying Machine
High/Blood: Dragonhawks
Dwarves: Gryphons
Trolls: Bats
Night Elves: Hypogryphs
Orcs: Wyverns
Forsakened: Vampiric Bats
Tauren: Wyverns
Humans: Gryphons (diplomacy)
Goblins: Zepplins
Pandaren: Kites and windserprents (chinese dragon thingy)
worgen: gryphons probably since they were apart of the second war.
Draenai: Hypogryphs (on azeroth) thanks to the night elves, otherwise space ships
Draenei use Nether Rays.

If we're going to be really specific here, UD use Gargoyles, not bats. WoW is the first game in which the UD used Bats. In WCIII there was only the Batrider unit which was an Orc unit that had a troll on a bat. UD use Gargoyles and Frost Wyrms.
Straight from Warcraft III:

Undead - Risen gryphon (zombie gryphon, similar to the DK griffon but more fleshy/decayed.
Orc - Wyvern
Troll - Bat
Blood Elf - Dragon hawk
Goblin - Jet pack (they're just crazy enough to strap a rocket to their back)
Tauren - Giant eagle (going with the plains theme and whatnot, nothing else really suits them)
Dwarf - Gryphon
Human - Pegasus (maybe? if dwarves are claiming the gryphons)
Gnome - Helicopter backpack
Night elf - Hippogryph
Draenei - Nether rays
Worgen - ?
Panda - kites
Worgen should get Flying Wild.
I think having ground mounts is enough for the races.
Worgen will grow wings out of their backs so that they can fly.

What would the Tauren racial flying mount be? The Lockheed C-5 Galaxy?
