[H] Anger Management(10) 13/13hc - Recruiting for 5.4
Guild Information:
The core foundation that Anger Management stands for is to do awesome progression 9 hours a week, nothing less. We do not want WoW to challenge our real life commitments, but rather be something of a hobby and get the absolute maximum quality out of it.
The guild mainly consists of the core team of Unknown Entity, an Alliance guild on the same server, come back together on Horde side with a few new additions to the team. Under the name "Unknown Entity", we as a group have achieved several notable kills.
The raider in Anger Management:
Our expectations of you as a raider is to communicate your views and opinions on fights. The more we bounce ideas together - the more we can attain a unified solution to problems that arise when we wipe. In the end we fall and rise as a team, not as individuals. To add to do that we want honest people - if you do a mistake, shit happens; as long as you admit to doing it no-one will think any lesser of you. We firmly believe that through honesty you create respect among peers, which is the environment we want to raid in.
As such we require mandatory guild forum usage from you, as we value each raider's opinion equally.
Raid Progress:
- Tier 12 (Firelands) = 7/7 N ; 7/7 H
- Tier 13 (Dragon Soul) = 8/8 H - Realm First H Madness of Deathwing
- Tier 14 = Server first heroic Will of the Emperor, Server first heroic Heart of Fear clear.
- Tier 15 (Throne of Thunder) = 12/12 N ; 13/13 H; Server first Ra-den
*Invites starts at 19:45 for all three nights*. We firmly believe that nine hours a week is plenty to progress with WoW end game as it is nowadays and is easily doable for people who are ‘serious’ about raiding, while at the same time is not too much of a burden on real life commitments.
*We occasionally hold an optional raid on Tuesday if we couldn't make a raid happen on one of the scheduled days.
Recruitment:
Currently the guild recruitment is focused on the following classes/specs:
- Rogue or Dps DK
- Warlock
- Prot Paladin
Since 10 man can be quite tight on it's raid setups, it is of course preferable if you have sufficient experience with every spec of your role/class.
We are always on the lookout for awesome additions to our existing team.
Please note that due to our aim of keeping a small raiding roster, we expect all of our members to be happy playing both their main and off spec – this means that we can rely on them to perform equally well if we require their off spec for a particular raid night, and that they put the same amount of effort into maintaining a set of gear for both.
Additionally, we have a social rank within the guild. Primarily this is aimed at friends and family of our raiding members, however we will consider social applications as well.

The heroic Iron Qon falls from his mount before Anger Management. That makes 5/13 hc now, 4 heroic bosses down in one week.

Videos of both new kills are up. Boomkin PoV of Ra-den might have a few hiccups due Fraps being a bit silly, I'll have to change the destination drive and play around with it before 5.4 ;D
