Hello mmo!

Im in need of a new desktop as my old is getting outdated.
Im building it my self and need some help with what parts to get, i dont know very much about this stuff so if someone could help me make a list of all the parts i would greatly appreciate it!

I have a budget of 17-18 hundred euro, so i want a really good one.
Also i would like nvidia card(s), and as small as possible chassis (dont know if thats what its called) as my current corsair 800 something i have is huge and hard to take with me, if thats not possible thats fine.
