My taste buds regularly crave wheat beers, especially as we make the transition from spring into summer.

Right now, I'm quite partial to:

St. Bernardus Witbier (Amazingly simple wheat deliciousness.)
Ayinger Bräu Weisse (I think it's the ultimate such nectar, honestly. Makes me want to hug Bavaria en masse.)
Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier (Absolutely delicious and complex, and who could fault a brewery that's been in operation since before the Norman Conquest?)
Paulaner Hefe-Weissbier Naturtrüb (Similarly delicious to the above but creamier mouthfeel.)
Hoegaarden (A bit simpler on the palate, but crisp and delightfully refreshing.)

If you have similar tastes, which are your favorites and why? It doesn't have to be a contest, just share what makes you happy.
