Raid times have been tuned to a more hardcore schedule for 5.2:
Monday 19:15 - 23:00
Tuesday 19:15 - 23:00
Wednesday 19:15 - 23:00
Thursday 19:15 - 23:00
Friday Off day - Possible raid, depending on raiders time
Saturday Off day - Possible raid, depending on raiders time
Sunday 19:15 - 23:00 (During progress raids might be extended to marathons – 15.00 - 23.00)
For the first 3-4 weeks of new content we aim to raid 7/7 days.

Keep in mind that we are always looking to improve our roster in any possible way with people who wants to push for world ranks and feel comfortable playing at the highest level. If you fit the profile and want to give it a shot, don’t hesitate to contact any members of the guild for further information. Even though we already have one of your class don't hold back.
Guild structure and general information:
We currently have no people with an officer title attached to them, due to the fact that we want to keep an open environment, to encourage and insure that every single member of the raid team speaks their mind regarding any possible matter.
Being a trial in Insurgency, we expect you to understand the very basics of the game, while being able to think outside of the box and be creative. As far as attendance goes, it’s mandatory that you strive for 100% attendance, but at the same time it’s equally important for you to make notice, should you be unable to attend a raid. Other than that, we expect excellent performance during raids, you being able to take criticism and make adjustments accordingly.

Raids:
During progress raids, we expect and demand nothing but the best when it comes to optimization of your character as a whole. If you are not willing to spend the time and money in order to bring your character to the highest level, this is not the place for you at all, as the current members of the raid team expect and demands nothing short of the best.
Progress:
In Tier 14 we got West #74 WoE but we struggled with servere roster problem towards ToeS and ended up with a West #151 rank - All end tier bosses was downed as server first, with an average of 3-4 days a week.
We wanted to invest a lot more in raiding as 5.2 started but lost 2 officers a week before it went live. Throughout this tier we've have a lot of players comming and going due to the fact that hardcore raiding is not something you just do. You need to have the guild on your top priority and really be ready to sacrifice a lot of yourself. Some people just can't do that. The good thing is that you are done with progress much faster than many others. As I'm writing this we are now 5 people left in the guild from when we killed Deathwing. The guild has changed a lot and that's a good thing. We know that the players are in fact the guild and therefore everyone has influence in what's going on.
We feel certain that 5.4 will be our best tier so far, as we are going to climb further up the ladder. In order to do this, we rely on our raiders to be 100% motivated and ready to push extra hours to achieve this goal.
